Keytruda/nivolumab continues to gain attention as the latest great hope in cancer treatment with studies and reports from the U.K., U.S. and elsewhere. However most of those reports do admittedly seem to talk about improved survival rates in terms of months rather than complete cures. On the brighter side the globally recognised increase in H & N cancers has sparked an upsurge in research projects and new developments are reported regularly.

Its Friendly Friday and a good chance to introduce ourselves. Our Network has 30 members. 29 are real people and 1 is "Tui Bird" the Network login. "Tui Bird" is manned (wommanned) by Maureen and Diana. We have 10 men and 20 women, counting Tui Bird. We have 14 Aucklanders, 2 Northlanders, 6 South Islanders, and 5 other North Islanders. Medical professionals are more and more confronted by patients convinced they are suffering from some malady they have researched on the Internet – or demanding a treatment they discovered the same way. While researching a specific ailment is usually beneficial, the professionals almost invariably have better, more thorough and tested sources of information. Here we are, one week after the website going online. You can join us by signing on. See the top right hand corner. While the public can see our news and resources, only members can see our forums and other good stuff. Members can comment in the forums or under our articles.
